The Mayflower II, a replica of the original, is preparing for its historic sail since being rebuilt essentially from stem to stern. The ship is expected to arrive in Boston Harbor next Spring, read more on the Boston Globe.

Municipal Election Day. The election includes Councilor seats for each district, as well as citywide At-Large seats and a nonbinding public opinion advisory question. Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
