Stealing a 2002 Subaru Legacy is doing someone a favor.
I hope everyone that owns property has Cameras & Great locks on their doors, this is only the beginning.
There are more drug addicts, homeless & misfits combing the streets & one could never be too cautious.
Wondering how someone managed to steal a car out of the Sargent’s Wharf lot, since you need either a monthly key card or a paid ticket to open the gate to get out?
Guessing they left the ticket in the car? would think it would be on video though
