What’s The 311? Overflowing Trash Can, Intrusive Light From Downtown, and Ladder on Street

Light From Bostonian Hotel Shining into North End Homes

“This happened again. A light has been displaced on the Bostonian Hotel and shines directly into North End homes lighting them up all night.”

Ladder Left out on Lewis Street

“Ladder has been sitting here for months. Please remove.”

The 311 user claims this ladder has been out on Lewis Street for months.
