It was Friday, recycling day in the North End. This was the scene on Fulton Street, shared by resident Janet Gilardi. She reports,
It was Recycling Day~~Friday, March 1, 2013 !!!!
Than the truck came by, and most of it was left~~~(not surprised)~~~~it was all over the place ! Orange Peels old food, jars, hangers~etc. etc. etc.
So I called The Mayor’s Hot Line,and
The day before, someone that had
moved left it all there !!!
I got the email that it was reported, but,
How do I know if these people got a fine ??
As of 7:00 pm it is all cleaned up ! Beautiful !
I need to know if someone cleaned up because they had to ~~ or just that they did ?? And if they got a fine ? Thank You.

Yuck. I walk down North St and up Fleet everyday and these two have to be the most trashy in the North End. If you live on these streets take a minute every other day to clean out front of your building please. We should all take some pride in our neighborhood and keep it clean.
salem and endicott give north and fleet a run for their money for most trashy.
Ditto that for Prince St., esp. between Thacher and Hanover St.
Their landlord should withhold the security deposit.
