
Welcome back to our weekly update that highlights some of the cases appearing on 311 in the North End/Waterfront neighborhoods. All 311 cases are public information and can be found at 311.boston.gov.
Update on Boston Public Library North End Branch Sidewalk
The original 311 post can be found here. This case was submitted and opened on January 16th, 2018. The case was resolved on January 26th, 2018 with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Noted. We are aware of the issue. There was a temporary patch made to the sidewalk. The patch lifted in the cold weather. A permanent repair will be made when weather permits. Jim.”

Graffiti on Salem Street
“Black graffiti on red brick historical building. There is a CCTV camera right in front of the building, owned by the store Wilde duck wine and spirit. I asked the store owner, he is ok to share the footages of the camera. There have been a rise in graffiti in north end in the past month, so it might be worth finding out who is doing this. Thanks.”

January 27th, 2018. The case was closed on January 31st, 2018 with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Noted. No violation found at this time.”
