The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) unanimously supported zoning relief at 27-29 Fleet Street, at the corner of Moon Street, to change the commercial ground floor to residential. New owner Chris Young, represented by Attorney William Ferullo, is renovating the property that would total five residential units. The ground floor was most recently a photography studio and was previously used as an art gallery and real estate office.
