The Friends of the North End Library are pleased to announce that Lin Thompson has been appointed as the new Children’s Librarian for the North End Branch.
Originally from Kentucky, Lin graduated from Emerson College and has found a home in our North End community. She has extensive experience working as a children’s librarian, most recently at the Boston Main Library in Copley Square for over three years. She has brought her experience and love of working with children to the North End.
Lin has been developing new programs, including a book club for young teens, as well as continuing the many successful children’s program at the North End. These programs include story times, and STEM activities. Please drop in to the library to say hello to Lin and to welcome her to our neighborhood.
