Construction Debris at 100 City Hall Plz, Ste C

This 311 users writes, “Construction debris: Piles of left-over bricks, other construction, junk, outhouse (johnny-on-spot) piled up and just sits there. Exact location: On Plaza along Cross st, between Hanover and Salem streets. The re-bricking of the plaza is complete. No work has been done for months. The junk left behind blocks Freedom Trail, and pedestrians traffic. Tourist season gets into high gear and the “entrance” to historic North End is a mess. If the job is really not finished, it should be.”
