Sidewalk Not Shoveled at Atlantic Ave & Commercial Wharf East
“Going on six days and this still isn’t shoveled. Can the city shovel it and bill one Lewis wharf? Can I?”
The original 311 post can be found here. The case was submitted and opened on March 8, 2019. The case was then closed on March 10, 2019 with the following message: “Case Noted. Cited for unshoveled sidewalk.”
Rachel Revere Square Not Shoveled
“I don’t understand why this blatant neglect to shovel the sidewalk adjacent to Rachel Revere Square every single time it snows is not a violation of code. Who is responsible for shoveling this?”

Salutation Street: “Impassable”

“Sidewalks on both sides of Salutation Street were not shoveled and are now both impassable because of ice, also flowing into street. Please hold landlords of two corner buildings on Hanover St and Salutation accountable for creating this mess. This was reported and called in more than once on 311 and never answered!”
