The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) hosted a Fall Party on November 8th at the Pilot House. NEWRA members and friends mingled while enjoying food and drinks. City Councilor Lydia Edwards was also on hand to talk to residents about neighborhood issues.
