North End Groups Send Joint Letter on Parcel 9

In an expression of neighborhood unity, three North End neighborhood groups submitted a joint comment letter regarding the proposals for Parcel 9 (Haymarket/Blackstone St.). BRA Favors Eastat’s Residential Plan for Parcel 9
