Police Blotter: Assault & Battery on Hanover Street, Stolen Hubway Bike, Licensing Violation

The following are recent incidents reported by Boston Police District A-1 for the North End / Waterfront area.

Assault & Battery / Robbery
05/24/18     11:35pm
Victim reports while parked on Hanover Street he was approached by three male suspects, one who began punching his vehicle. At this time, the victim was punched and grabbed by the other suspects and had his Apple watch stolen. Employees of a local bakery ran to his aid. Suspects fled on foot.

Larceny / Bike
05/30- 5/31/18    6:00am – 7:00pm
Victim reports an unknown person had taken the Hubway bike he had rented from the bike rack at Hanover and Cross Streets.

Licensing Board Violation Hearing – Public Notice

Location: 115A  Salem St Boston, MA  02113, Violation Date: 03/19/2018
Notice/Violation: No manager on site, Kevin Medina (PIC) utilized his phone to secretly record patrons in restroom in violation of M.G.L. ch. 138 s. 64.
Hearing Notice: June 5, 2018, 10am

    1. Hmmm, maybe. Better stuff to steal, but then again drugs and gangs seem prey on the less prosperous neighborhoods where there are really serious crimes, particularly violent crimes. I guess we should count our blessings.

      1. Absolutely count our blessings.Growing up here I witnessed a he— of a lot worse on a daily basis.
