New Years Eve

Boston Harbor Now has teamed up with several local businesses and cultural institutions in the Waterfront neighborhood to bring the community a full line-up of free activities to ring in the new year.

11:00AM Vintage Harbor Map Tour. Join the Boston Harbor Hotel as they host a special tour of the hotel’s vintage map gallery featuring many great maps of Boston and Massachusetts Bay, see additional details and registration information.

1:00PM Ice Sculpture Stroll. Wind your way down the waterfront through the trail of interactive ice sculptures, see additional details here.

1:00PM Touch-a-Truck. The Boston Firehouse Museum at the Envoy Hotel on 70 Sleeper Street will host Touch-a-Truck, see additional details here.

1:00PM Harborwalk Walking Tour. Join the Friends of the Boston Harborwalk and Liz Nelson Weaver for a guided tour of the Wharf District Harborwalk from the Custom House to Rowes Wharf, see additional details and registration information.

2:00PM Afternoon Dance Party. Join Mix104.1FM at Faneuil Hall Marketplace for an afternoon dance party, see additional details here.

11:59PM Fireworks at Midnight over Boston Harbor. Find yourself a great viewing spot in the North End/Waterfront neighborhood for the 40-year tradition of the New Year’s Eve Fireworks at Midnight, see additional details here.
