North End Apartment Building Sold
The seven-unit apartment property at 21 Sheafe St. has been sold to a developer through Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. The property, which sold for $2.53 million, had been family-owned an hadn’t seen the open market in over 40 years, read the full story on Banker & Tradesman.

The event will benefit the Boston-area Toys for Tots and entertainment will be provided by the Nate Bash Brand, Sugarbabies Band and Them Apples Band.

Clothing Drive at Nazzaro Center
The Nazzaro Community Center will be hosting a clothing drive to benefit the local Boston charity Cradles to Crayons. The community is encouraged to donate gently used or new clothing from December 8th to December 16th, continue reading.
