Both North End / Waterfront neighborhood groups voted to support a zoning occupancy change at 290 North Street to change the bed and breakfast to a full, four family, residential condo building. A roof deck will be deeded exclusively for private use by one condo owner.
Attorney Daniel Toscano represented Matthew and Jeanette Olson, presenting the application to North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) on March 10th and to North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) on March 14th. The Olsons will be living in the building. No abutters voiced opposition at the meetings.
NEWRA voted 27-1 and NEWNC voted unanimously in support of the request. View the respective meeting videos embedded in this post.
