Native North Ender and editor of the Regional Review, Phil Orlandella received a special birthday wish from the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). NEWRA presented a cake and NEMPAC trumpet student Victor Brogna played “Happy Birthday” for the occasion. It was all captured in video at the May 14, 2015 meeting at the Nazzaro Center.

Fiumara Realty Trust was looking for the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) to support their two-story, two-unit addition to 38 Fleet Street at the July 12th meeting.
