Native North Ender and editor of the Regional Review, Phil Orlandella received a special birthday wish from the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). NEWRA presented a cake and NEMPAC trumpet student Victor Brogna played “Happy Birthday” for the occasion. It was all captured in video at the May 14, 2015 meeting at the Nazzaro Center.
