A little rain ended in a beautiful sunset making for a very enjoyable night on the harbor at the annual N.E.W.N.C. – Emile Pugliano/Bobby D Neighborhood Family Boat Cruise. The event was held on August 4, 2014 as part of the 25th North End Family Pride Week sponsored by North End Against Drugs (NEAD).
