The Grand Procession of the statue of La Madonna Del Soccorso Di Sciacca through the streets of the North End accompanied by Marching Bands and Floats.

NEMPAC will bring their talents to the Mainstage performing their Operatic hits as well as the history of La Madonna Del Soccorso.

The Famous Flight of the Angel! As the statue of the Madonna returns to North street for the finale of the day long procession she is greeted by a crowd of enthusiastic spectators, each waiting for the opportunity to witness the Famous Flight of the Angel.
Yankee Magazine calls it “truly one of Boston’s greatest treasures” and National Geographic say’s “It’s a spectacle NOT to be missed!’” As the angel ceremony is completed the spectators below are covered by a snowfall of confetti paper from the rooftops. This years Flying Angel is Serina D’Amico, with side angels Haley Graffeo Dufresne and Angelina Palazzolo.

Closing Procession with the return of La Madonna Del Soccorso to her permanent chapel on Lewis St and Grand Raffle Drawing Grand Prize $2,000.
