Participation in this event is free and all materials are provided – young children must be accompanied by an adult. Groups of six or more should make prior arrangements by calling the Boston Parks Department at (617) 635-4505.

To support the West End Children’s Festival on August 16h, we are seeking to recruit volunteers to fill a number of rolls, from welcoming attendees to supporting our performers to running arts and crafts activities. Interested potential volunteers can join us at our Volunteer Open House. The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) will host a public meeting regarding 55 India Street. Boston Residential Development LLC is proposing a new mixed-use residential building along the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway. The PNF proposes 44 residential units and 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. View Post

NEAD will provide Arts and Crafts every Thursday from 1pm to 4pm at Mirabella Pool starting Thursday July 10th. Rain location is Nazzaro Center. This is for Boys and Girls Ages 6 to 16, however if a child under 6 wants to participate their parent must do the craft with them.

The Friends of the North End Branch Library are hosting author, Anthony Sammarco, to the library for an Author Talk. Sammarco will have his books about the North End on hand for signing.
1:00pm Paul Revere House: Hammered Dulcimer Music
Award-winning musician Dave Neiman plays jigs, reels, and Baroque and Renaissance tunes that Paul Revere and his family may have enjoyed.
