Well, it’s not a Seahawk, but here in the North End we have gigantic seagulls like this one that ripped open a trash bag on Sunday afternoon. Jennifer McGivern captures the action at Snow Hill and N. Hudson Streets noting that the gull wrestled with it for a while before carrying it away in its beak.

Sunday, more than any other day of the week seems to be the worst day regarding
trash being put out before 5 p.m. If you think the Seagulls are having a feast you have to see
the giant rats that are feasting off of Saturday Nights trash that has been put out from early
Sunday Morning to early Sunday afternoon. Why? Because the Laws are not enforced and
the fines are not effective. I guess we are going to need a Brain Surgeon to get this point across
since our cries keep on falling on DEAF EARS.
