Male suspect arrested at Thacher and N. Washington Streets for Assault & Battery on a female victim. Witness reports the suspect slammed the back of the victim’s head off of a parked motor vehicle’s front hood. Victim received a large laceration to the back of her head and was transported to Mass. General Hospital.
