On Sunday, April 21st at 6:00 pm, the North End Societies will be hosting a procession and candlelight vigil to remember all those who were lost, injured and the heroic efforts it took to help during this past week of the Boston Marathon bombings.
The vigil will start at 6pm at Saint Anthony’s Club at 203 Endicott Street and will process up to the Prado (Paul Revere Mall) on Hanover Street where there will be a candle lighting ceremony.
We are Boston Strong and the North End is a strong community. All are welcome to attend. Please join us and lets have a great showing!!!!
Update: See photos from this event.
Law Enforcement has shown us once again they should be respected. They RISK their lives over and over for us citizens. I hope the people that live in the North End will respect them as they enforce the noise problems and such.
Will the Saints be coming out & will the Societies be collecting dollars on ribbons for Marathon victims? That would be a great idea!
