I took a series of photos from a winter harbor cruise including this one of the Pilot House at Lewis Wharf. It was a very overcast day, so I merged different exposures to create a more interesting painterly effect. More to come in a gallery of “Boston Harbor: Working Port.”

There is a No Heat Advisory in Boston. The City is asking neighbors to look out for one another and take safety precautions in the dangerous cold. Read more at CityofBoston.gov.

There is a free flu clinic on Thursday, 3pm – 7pm, at NEW Health on Hanover St. See the post.

Boston Lyric Opera for Children has Opera Games at the North End Library on Thursday, 1/24 at 4:30 pm.
