Trick-or-treating starts at 3:30 pm
Participating retailers, restaurants and homes in the North End/Waterfront will have posted a GHOST WITH TREAT BAG on an orange piece of paper to hang in their window for when they are welcoming trick-or-treaters. Please simply look for the GHOST WITH TREAT BAG in windows on Halloween while you are out with your child(ren). Trick-or-Treating will begin at 3:30 and go as long as you see a GHOST WITH TREAT BAG in the window of each participant.

Pizza Party on the Prado: 6 – 7 pm
