A contractor is caught dumping a pile of construction garbage in this photo taken at the end of Greenough Lane at the intersection of Commercial Street. Left on the curb Friday night, the trash will stay there until the next regular trash pickup on Monday morning. A neighbor captures the violation – a situation all too frequent he says – as the nearby rental buildings turn over for the summer and a nearby Henchman Street property is being renovated. The contractor, shown here with a hammer, is believed to sport a shirt saying Consolidated Construction. The evidence was also sent in to the city hotline.
