The Wild Duck is on the first floor. The application is to construct a 5-story addition in the rear, aka 1 Widget St. I received word that the BRA is recommending a “denial without prejudice” pending additional information and community review. Hence, this could be continued at the ZBA until a later date and go before NEWNC and NEWRA.
