U.S. Flag No Longer Disrespected on City Building

152 North St.

Former City of Boston Printing Building, Sans Flag. The U.S. flag that was previously disrespected has been taken down from the City’s former printing building on North Street. Resident Bill Lane sends in this photo, crediting Councilor Sal LaMattina for correcting the situation where the flag was repeatedly tangled and not lit at night.

On a separate note, still no word as to the future of the vacant North St. buildings. The old Police Station and printing building remain empty despite efforts to expand the Eliot School there or sell it to a developer.
