The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC, voted 4-3 to support a change in allowed use for a new sandwich shop at 139-145 Richmond St. The storefront and access to the shop is at 188 North St. along the Freedom Trail. The application was filed with the Zoning Board of Appeal by David Veo of Salada Realty Trust, represented by Mrs. Veo at the meeting. View the video for the presentation, discussion and vote.

The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC, unanimously supported Salvatore Onessimo in his application with the Zoning Board of Appeals for zoning relief to change the allowed use of the first floor from a store to a Window Service Take-out Ice Cream at 94 Endicott St. The shop is called “Dip It Sweet.” View Read More…
