Aragosta Bar & Bistro hosted an opening party on Thursday night where Chef David Daniels presented some of his specialties. Aragosta translates to “lobster” in Italian, setting the stage for an “Italian-Mediterranean” menu featuring hand-made pastas and a mix of meats and seafood. The new restaurant replaces Sensing which recently closed at the Fairmont Battery Wharf. Daniels comes from Topper’s at the Wauwinet in Nantucket and was previously at Stephanie’s on Newbury, Ambrosia on Huntington and The Federalist. Photos from the opening courtesy of Bruce McCue.
