A boat docked at an East Boston marina caught fire on Tuesday morning causing flames and smoke to rise over the harbor. The smoke plume is captured here by Dr. Joe Mendola from the North End side.
A victim of the latest storms has been poor Captain Bob at Union Wharf Marina. The boat was seen taking on water Monday afternoon and succumbed to the harbor overnight.
