A boat docked at an East Boston marina caught fire on Tuesday morning causing flames and smoke to rise over the harbor. The smoke plume is captured here by Dr. Joe Mendola from the North End side.

About 75 firefighters responded to 95 Commercial Wharf at 5:15 am this morning where a 2 story law office built on the water was destroyed by fire.
