The promenade in Columbus Park was the scene of a festive Baraat, which is a groom’s wedding procession that is traditional in North India, West India and Pakistan. Blanca Batteau Fincham, one of the Waterfront’s loveliest ladies, passed away on March 17 at the age of 91 years young.
