I'd have more support for these lanes if I had ever see a bicyclist obey a traffic sign/rule/light…but I never have. They blow through stop signs, red lights, crosswalks…they go the wrong way down one ways…and they pay NOTHING towards any road repair or lining of the streets. Zero.
@Jimmy…I agree but …..its a done deal and it doesn't matter if we support it or not. 🙁
Unlike bike riders, when I drive, I follow the rules of the road. If a bike rider chooses not to, that's their problem. I'm not going to endanger myself, my passengers or my vehicle to look out for them.
