About 33 students from the North End’s Eliot Elementary School visited At-Large Councillor John Connolly. The kids sang a couple of songs, showed off their knowledge about City Hall, and got to sit at the councillor’s desks in the Council Chambers.
A group of friends currently or formerly from the North End have been meeting together for about 50 years, some a bit more, on Thursdays at the Cafe Pompeii for lunch.
