A new “Cooperation Agreement” between the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) and developer Trinity Financial has modified the requirement for an affordable supermarket at the One Canal project along N. The North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association has issued its “Support, with conditions” letter, shown below, to the Licensing Board. The letter follows last week’s NEWRA meeting and describes its voting process.
