Rochelle Luongo, represented by Attorney William Ferrullo, received unanimous, 11-0, support for their expansion plans at 3 Snelling Place from the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC). 280-292 Commercial Street, Laz Parking:  Laz Parking has filed for renewal of its conditional use permit for open air parking (69 space parking lot). NEWNC voted unanimously to support the renewal. Watch the video for more detailed information.
