Pasta Beach is located at 30 Rowes Wharf on Atlantic Ave. in the former location of Rudi’s. Owners Gianni and Susan Ropolo make their home in Torino Italy. They are committed to offering authentic Italian food and feature true Naples Style Pizza -Verace Pizza Napoletana that is baked in an original Italian oven. (Pizza originated in Naples and Pasta Beach adheres to the rules of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, an association set up to certify true Naples style pizza. It is extremely specific – the purpose being to preserve the 300 year old tradition.)
