June 11 Residents Association Agenda: Mayor Marty Walsh, Rep. Michlewitz, New England Aquarium, Dolce Liquor License, John Romano North End / Waterfront / West End Liaison

The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, June 11th, 2020 beginning at 7:00 PM. The agenda, as well as Zoom login information, may be found below.

  • Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh 
  • Rep. Aaron Michlewitz
  • Introduction – John Romano, our new North End/Waterfront/West End liaison, Office of Neighbhorhood Services, City of Boston.
  • New England Aquarium – will present“State of the Aquarium,” on current activities and plans to welcome residents back. As a local waterfront neighborhood resident and one of the region’s foremost non-profit and marine-science institutions, the New England Aquarium has been uniquely affected by the COVID-19 crisis and welcomes the chance to update our closest neighbors.
  • Liquor License Transfer Dolce – VOTE
    Attorney Ryan Gazda will present an application for transfer of a Beer, Wine & Cordials License to Dolce Inc. at 272 Hanover Street, which is an existing establishment that formerly held a Beer, Wine & Cordials license in the past.  License to be transferred from Pushcart Cafe on Salem Street. Closing hour 12:00AM. No other operational changes proposed.
