- 81-85 Atlantic Avenue (205 Commercial Street). Commercial Wharf Realty Trust has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeal to construct a new one-story addition to the side of the existing Golden Goose market at 179 Commercial Street, to expand the market. The property is located in the Hanover Street Community Commercial Subdistrict, where both restaurant and restaurant with take-out are conditional uses.
