What’s the 311? Homeless Fill Entryway on Cross St., Broken Sidewalk, Late Recycling Pick-Up

Homeless Camp in Entryway at Intersection Of Cross St & Hanover St

This 311 user writes, “Disgusting entryway to the North End. Homeless people have set up shop, litter everywhere, it’s an eyesore. I’ve seen needles around it at times.”

This 311 user says, “Recycling has not been picked up on Endicott Street. The whole street is a mess.”
