10:30AM Summer Story Time. Join Librarian Lin at 25 Parmenter Street for stories, music, and more! This story time is for babies, toddlers, and children 0-5 years old with caregivers.

11:00AM Auction Open House for 2 Garden Street. Stop by 2 Garden Court for an Auction/Open House for the brick row house, see additional information here.

5:30PM Save the Harbor/Save the Bay Free Lighthouse Tour. Stop by the World Trade Center dock where Save the Harbor will be hosting a free cruise around Boston Harbor to see the different lighthouse stations, see additional information and sign up here.

Decade-Old North End Pizzeria Amps Up Its Bar With New Full Liquor License

Ducali Pizzeria & Bar is starting to put a little more emphasis on the “bar” in their name. The North End restaurant just celebrated its 10th year in business and finally has a full liquor license, read more on Eater Boston.

12:00PM Public Hearing on Requirements for Tree Preservation. Stop by the Iannella Chamber in City Hall for a hearing regarding the expansion of city development requirements with a focus on achieving baseline tree preservation and total tree capacity on a development site, see additional information here.

3:30 LEGO Club. Stop by the North End Library and work together or independently to build whatever you can imagine using the library’s LEGO collection. For kids ages 6-12.

4:30 Tea & Tranquility. Stop by Armenian Heritage Park for a late afternoon summer series for those working, living and visiting downtown Boston to meet & greet, walk the labyrinth and relax on a bench while enjoying refreshing MEM Ice Teas.

5:30PM PLAN: Downtown Public Alleys Walking Tour. Meet at the Old State House and join the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) for a walking tour of Downtown Boston’s public alleys. This walking tour will provide an opportunity to learn more about PLAN: Downtown, the BPDA’s ongoing planning initiative for Downtown Boston, see additional information here.

6:00PM Central Artery Parcel 2 Park Design Kick-off Meeting at the Courtyard Marriott Boston. A kick off meeting to discuss the eight-month design process that will culminate in the construction of a new park at Parcel 2, see additional information here.

7:00Pm Dorothy Curran Concert Series: Disco Night with Tavares. The Dorothy Curran Wednesday Night Concert Series returns to City Hall Plaza for another great season of outdoor music to entertain music fans of all ages on City Hall Plaza with a tribute to Chicago, the classic soul of Charlie Thomas’ Drifters, an evening of Motown funk, and the grand finale featuring the legendary Tavares.

Fishermen’s Feast at Fleet, North & Lewis Streets. Fisherman’s Feast of the Madonna Del Soccorso di Sciacca begins at 6PM with the Blessing of the Fishing Waters at Christopher Columbus Park and continues throughout the weekend with the Grand Procession and Flight of the Angel on Sunday, see additional information here.

10:00AM ParkARTS Children’s Workshops. Children can enjoy a wide variety of arts and crafts activities at the Artists in Residence Workshops in Christopher Columbus Park. Participation is free and all materials are provided, but children must be accompanied by an adult, see additional information.
