Homeless Man Allegedly Stockpiling Litter and Using Drugs in Alley
“Homeless man is stockpiling litter in the alley between Stillman Pl and Endicott St. He also uses drugs back here and doesn’t offer to share!”
The original 311 post can be found here. The case was submitted and opened on May 9, 2019. The case was then closed on the same day with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Noted. Abutters are responsible for maintenance and repairs to alley.”

“Sink hole starting- in front of 138 Prince St North End”

Medical Bag of Supposed Urine Found on The Corner of Hanover Street and Prince Street
“A medical urine bag, which is filled, is disposed of on the Prince Street side near the Caffe Della Sport. Needs to be removed ASAP”

Bag-o-pee. That has to be the most disgusting litter yet, catheter and all. Can’t imagine what happened or how it got diposited there, but the City worker who had to get that should have bonus in the next check. Looks like case for HAZMAT.
