Homeless Man Allegedly Stockpiling Litter and Using Drugs in Alley
“Homeless man is stockpiling litter in the alley between Stillman Pl and Endicott St. He also uses drugs back here and doesn’t offer to share!”
The original 311 post can be found here. The case was submitted and opened on May 9, 2019. The case was then closed on the same day with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Noted. Abutters are responsible for maintenance and repairs to alley.”

“Sink hole starting- in front of 138 Prince St North End”
The original 311 post can be found here. The case was originally submitted and opened on April 13, 2019. The case was then closed on May 7 2019 with the following message: “Closed with status: Case Resolved.”
Medical Bag of Supposed Urine Found on The Corner of Hanover Street and Prince Street
“A medical urine bag, which is filled, is disposed of on the Prince Street side near the Caffe Della Sport. Needs to be removed ASAP”
