What’s the deal with these needles. Can’t the junkies recycle these things?
The City has installed some receptacles for the used needles in some parks near schools in parts of the city. But the addicts still choose to toss the syringes wherever they choose. The next plan that’s being discussed by the geniuses in City Hall is to have ar
places where the junkies can shoot up in private.
It’s a losing battle.
