  1. I agree that Bill is wonderful! He makes my day when I see him walking to work! We need more Bills in our community.

  2. As the Director of the Paul Revere House, I want to thank National Grid for their hard work over several really cold days and nights as they looked for the leak. The gas was migrating into the Revere House basement so we kept senior staff on the clock, around the clock, for 3 days to provide access to National Grid crews to check levels in the basement. I know it is disappointing to see the 19th century cobbles torn up but I am sure the contractor on the North Square construction project and the City team will make it look nice again in the spring. We are just happy that it was resolved safely and carefully.

PS I also think Bill is wonderful — a truly nice guy.

  3. I also agree Bill is the best. He is so friendly and always has a smile on his face. The best part is he knows everyone’s name and is always happy to greet you when he sees you. He’s a love to speak to and takes pride in trying to keep the streets clean thanks so much Bill we need more like Bill.
