Editor’s Note: On Tuesday, January 15th, NorthEndWaterfront.com was inaccessible for about 45 minutes shortly after the morning newsletter went out. A surge of traffic to the site caused our server to overload when we exceeded our bandwidth allocation. Our sincere apologies for the downtime. We will be experimenting with some options to avoid this in the future. The silver lining is that we set a new record for traffic on the site and are excited that our audience continues to grow. Thanks again for your patience. –Matt and the NorthEndWaterfront.com team
