Row House, an indoor rowing studio, will be opening its first Boston location at Lovejoy Wharf, offering series of 45-minute group classes that include low-impact workouts complemented by high-energy music.
Led by locally-based wife and husband Gyee and Bob O’Malley, Row House will offer full-body, low-impact workouts for a variety of fitness levels. Studio members will be able to track their performances and progress at the end of each class through digital rowing technology. Residents and employees at Lovejoy Wharf will be eligible for discounted memberships.
Co-owner Gyee expressed excitement about opening the new studio saying, “Our goal is to create a positive fitness experience and introduce an inclusive atmosphere that builds a sense of camaraderie among members, in an area that is constantly welcoming new residents and employees.”
Row House will be located at 25 Lovejoy Wharf, on the waterfront side next Alcove. Learn more on their website.
