Already-Acclaimed Meatballs Star at Forthcoming North End Restaurant

Nick Frattaroli, North End Restauranteur, will open his fourth restaurant next month. Tony & Elaine’s will open at 111 N. Washington Street with the goal of vaulting diners back to North End Italian dining from the 1960s and 1970s, read more on Eater Boston.
