Reader Poll: What Activities Should the Nazzaro Center Offer for a Weekly Women’s Group?

The Nazzaro Center is interested in hosting a weekly women’s group activity (18+) on Thursday evenings from 8 p.m. – 9 p.m. In planning this recurring event, they are collecting suggestions of what potential attendees would like to see offered.

  1. This is wonderful but the time is very late for seniors and Mom’s. Is there an earlier time available any nights?
Maybe a poll to see if you have enough response for 8pm first?

  2. North End women between the ages of 40-57 (some younger and some older) have been interested in learning knitting for many years.
I am willing to teach, free of charge, everyone would supply their own needles and yarn.
I did this with the young children in the program and most of the employees at the Nazzaro learned also.
I’m willing to do this with the adults.

    1. Denise~ I apologize, I will teach anyone that is willing to learn. Just not children, as they need lots of attention.
      And you’re welcome.

  3. A working gym with reasonable membership rate would be very useful to the women of the neighborhood.
