Eliot School Partners with Operation Gratitude to Send Care Packages to U.S. Troops

Wondering what to do with all that Halloween candy you collect over the next few days? The Eliot School in the North End is partnering with Operation Gratitude to send extra candy to our troops abroad!

Collection bins for candy, as well as other small items like dental floss, travel toothpaste, pens and mechanical pencils, will be at the front offices of the Eliot Upper School (173 Salem St.) and Lower School (16 Charter St.) from November 1 through November 7.

All North End / Waterfront community members are welcome to contribute!

Everything collected will be added to care packages sent to deployed Troops, Veterans, and First Responders around the country throughout the year.

Please send all candy sealed in ziplock or plastic bags. If you have any questions, email the Eliot School Coordinator of Culture and Climate Morgan Atkins at matkins@bostonpublicschools.org.
