10:00AM Carnival of Dogs on the Greenway. Join the Rose Kennedy Greenway for a celebration of furry friends at the Carnival of Dogs presented by TD Bank. Enjoy many dog-friendly activities on the Greenway near Hanover & Cross Street.

1:00PM Patriot Fife & Drum. Enjoy a lively concert of music that accompanied colonists as they marched, danced, wooed their beloveds, and waged war. Stop by the Paul Revere House at 19 N Square where David Vose and Sue Walko provide fascinating insight into each selection they perform.

6:00PM James Masciarelli – Beyond Beauport. Stop by I AM Books at 189 North Street as James Masciarelli presented his piece Beyond Beauport.

Sunday, September 9th

10:00AM Taste of the North End Bocce Tournament. The 15th Annual Taste of the North End Bocce Tournament will take place at the Langone bocce courts on Commercial Street.The donation of $50/person includes bocce, a tournament t-shirt and the barbecue, see additional details here.

The National Carousel Association (NCA) will visit the Greenway Carousel on September 12 to present an award to the Greenway Conservancy and Briggs Design for the work done in creating and operating this unique carousel, made up of native New England species, continue reading.
